BIMunify and METRIC Architecture Studio Signed an OpenBIM Cooperation Agreement

In November 2025, BIMunify signed a cooperation agreement with METRIC Architecture Studio to transition its architectural workflows to OpenBIM principles and align them with BIM Level 2 requirements.

The collaboration covers IFC-compatible modeling, multidisciplinary coordination, LOD/LOI requirements, standardized documentation, and BIM quality control.

Through this partnership, METRIC will establish reliable, structured, and coordination-ready BIM workflows for more effective collaboration with structural and MEP teams.

In March 2026, BIMunify signed a cooperation agreement with the University of Georgia to introduce students to modern BIM processes, digital construction, and international industry practices. 

The partnership includes BIM-focused educational activities, practical knowledge sharing, and closer collaboration between academia and the construction industry.

Through this initiative, BIMunify continues to support the development of BIM education and culture in Georgia.

BIMunify Completes Its First BIM Coordinator Course

BIMunify successfully completed its first BIM Coordinator Course, marking an important milestone in the development of practical BIM education in Georgia.

The course combined technical knowledge with real coordination workflows, helping participants understand how multidisciplinary BIM models are reviewed, managed, and prepared for effective project collaboration.

Through this program, BIMunify continues to support the development of qualified BIM professionals and promote internationally aligned BIM practices in the Georgian construction industry.
